Insight Global is seeking an AI Educator for a top healthcare client. This candidate will be responsible for leading AI education initiatives across the organization, delivering engaging training programs, and supporting enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership, and is passionate about helping teams confidently and responsibly leverage AI in their day-to-day work. Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage with C-suite executives and directors
• 2+ years of experience in AI education, training, or enablement
• Proficiency in AI usage, development, and enablement/AI governance
• Proven ability to move quickly in fast-paced environments
• Highly driven, tenacious, and eager to take ownership
• Experience designing and delivering learning courses or training programs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• LinkedIn Learning certification
• Healthcare or healthcare IT background
• AI-related certifications
• Experience working with enterprise AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot)
