$100k - $140k (estimate)

Job Description

This position is willing to pay between $100,000-$135,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

The position also requires at least a Secret Clearance with the ability to be processed for a Top Secret.

• Support of program wide activities including risk management, decision management, configuration management, and schedule management.
• Coordinating Systems Requirements Reviews, System Functional Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Production Readiness Reviews, Design Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, Program Reviews, and other program-related meetings and reviews.
• Help develop plans of action and timetables in order to meet established deadlines, and assist in the development of acquisition documentation, program reports, technical documentation, detailed procedures, and memos.
• Recommend solutions to resolve technical challenges that can occur due to dynamic changes in characteristics, approach, criteria, and requirements.
• Gather and disseminate information, facilitate client engagements, develop and maintain planning tools, prepare reports and presentations, and present results to stakeholders throughout the client organization.
• Work closely with engineers, subject-matter experts, functional teams, and senior leadership planning the coordination of efforts and report development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.
• 3-4 years of experience in one or more of the following: aerospace/defense systems engineering, missile systems, or Navy submarine programs.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating development activities associated with engineering systems, capabilities, and activities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Able to effectively communicate and exchange information with peers and senior personnel; good oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Navy program offices.
