Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinates DevOps and MLOps team activities under the direction of senior product directors and implementation leads, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and work is sequenced effectively across both teams.
• Produce and maintain clear Project documentation (e.g. Reporting)
• Manages delivery planning and execution across platform and product workstreams, including microservices, low-code applications, document parsing pipelines, and automation tooling.
• Maintains visibility into sprint-level work, dependencies, and release readiness, keeping leadership informed and escalating blockers before they impact delivery.
• Introduces and enforces lightweight but effective project governance — backlog hygiene, milestone tracking, and cross-team communication — without creating friction for a small, fast-moving engineering team.
• Helps the team balance planned product development with unplanned client-facing requests, maintaining a structured capacity model that preserves responsiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical PM or Engineering Project Manager in a cloud-native, API-driven, or AI/ML product environment — comfortable engaging directly with engineers on technical tradeoffs and delivery details.
• Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices; prior exposure to agentic AI, LLM-based products, or document intelligence tooling is a strong differentiator.
• Able to bring structure to ambiguity without over-engineering process — a pragmatic organizer who thrives in incubation-stage environments where priorities shift and the roadmap is actively evolving.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
