Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for an IAM Engineer to telework supporting a large government customer. This candidate will have a strong understanding of architecture and design of identity management solutions and will be joining an innovative team that is responsible for building and overseeing public and private servers and network infrastructure. They will be responsible for performing system management and integration functions and implementing solutions to complex application and systems issues. They will interact with clients to determine technical solutions and brief leadership on their findings.
Compensation:
$42/hr to $45/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, or 4 years of experience with a Master’s.
• Deep background in building, enhancing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong preference for CyberArk environments.
• Proven capability across key IAM functions, including: – Identity management configuration and system integrations
o Security documentation, governance, and risk management practices
o Attribute source integration and data correlation
o Lifecycle automation and end to end solution management
o Design and development of IAM/IGA workflows and approval processes
• Hands-on experience integrating Entra ID for user access provisioning and permission management.
• Advanced expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), particularly in CyberArk deployment, administration, and key vault management.
• Strong track record of producing clear, comprehensive documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Must be willing and able to get processed for a high level Public Trust
