Job Description

* Design, implement, and manage Windows-based systems, including servers and workstations.

* Configure and optimize Windows servers to ensure reliability, performance, and security.

* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.

* Collaborate with other teams to deploy and maintain software applications and services on Windows platforms.

* Administer Active Directory services, including user and group management, GPOs, and security configurations.

* Implement security measures, patches, and updates to protect against vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving Windows-related issues.

* Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 6-9 years of experience in Windows System administration and engineering

- Experience leading a team of Engineers (this person will over a team of 10-12 Windows Admin)

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and network protocols

- Proficiency in systems design, optimization, and troubleshooting

- Outstanding communication for collaboration with high-level government officials

- US CIT

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

- Microsoft Azure Administrator Certification OR MCSE
