Job Description

The Senior Manager for Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) serves as the strategic and operational leader overseeing the PMO. This role functions as the right hand for university initiatives and manages a diverse technology project portfolio while overseeing three Project Managers. The Senior Manager leads enterprise technology projects—including ServiceNow Asset Management implementation, Workday module rollouts, wide area network redesign, data center build-out, and customer-facing technology deployments—while also supporting service delivery through reporting, SLA analysis, process improvement, and incident management. This individual collaborates across academic, operational, and administrative units, strengthens governance processes, drives stakeholder alignment, supports risk and innovation initiatives, and brings structure, leadership, and accountability to how ETS executes and delivers technology services. The role operates in a hybrid environment (three days onsite, two remote), with an expectation of being primarily onsite for the first 90 days and occasional on‑call participation for Priority 1 outages.
