Job Description

A client in the DC area is looking to add an intermediate Business Analyst, focused within KPI development and analysis, to join their team. This position is in support of the IT division for a government customer. In this position you will be responsible for working with end clients to gather data and information and putting this data into readable dashboards and reports. You will lead the governance, requirements, and analytics to support data driven decisions. This is not a highly technical role but does require candidates to be well versed in gathering and analyzing data.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Experience in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a Consulting role
KPI management experience including maintaining a KPI catalog and lifecycle,
Experience building dashboards and reports utilizing Excel, PowerBI, or a similar tool
Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work with end users to gather data
Active Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree or higher (will consider additional experience in lieu of degree)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Python Scripting/Automation experience
Any additional experience including defining KPIs, and validating data quality to ensure KPIs are accurate
Experience with PowerApps, PowerAutomate, or MS Forms
Higher education in a Business or Math related field
Experience supporting DOJ
