Job Description

The IT Application Engineer – Integrated Applications is a hands-on technical role responsible for the support, maintenance, configuration, and continuous improvement of applications within the Integrated Applications portfolio. This role ensures stable day‑to‑day operations, manages incoming requests, performs software audits, and leads configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support for application upgrades. The engineer will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure applications meet operational and compliance requirements.
The IT Application Engineer – Integrated Applications will work closely with the Integrated Applications team, senior engineers, service management, InfoSec, infrastructure teams, IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, and global stakeholders, and business users to deliver stable, supportable, and scalable application services across the firm.

Targeting $50-$70 an hour

Required Skills & Experience

• Provide technical support across Integrated Applications, resolving incidents, requests, and tasks through the Service Now (SNOW) queue, ensuring timely response and adherence to SLAs.
• Troubleshoot application issues, escalate to vendors or internal teams when needed, and provide clear communication to end users.
• Maintain and enhance application configurations, integrations, and platform dependencies, including reporting and upgrade activities.
• Configure, maintain and support applications such as Litera, DocuSign, DocxTools, IntApp applications and viDesktop.
• Support application upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT application support or engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle processes (configuration, testing, deployment, support).
• Experience performing software audits and managing licensing compliance.
• Working knowledge of IntApp products.
