A client in the Huntsville, AL area is looking for an End User Support Manager to join their team. In this position, you will oversee a team of helpdesk technicians and will also be responsible for escalated end user support.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of IT Management or Lead experience over a service desk or helpdesk team
Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, etc.
Experience implementing processes and procedures in an IT environment
Endpoint management across windows and macOS
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting both Windows and Linux systems
