Job Description
• Start day by reviewing emails and checking in with engineering teams
• Support operations across two commercial buildings
• Week 1: Process and track procurement invoices from the prior month
• Week 2: Handle accounting deadlines, AR, and tenant bill backs
• Weeks 3–4: Focus on operational tasks, property walk throughs, and project follow ups
• Coordinate closely with Property Manager, Coordinator, Office Manager, and Tenant Liaison
• Proactively engage tenants, check in regularly, and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure smooth, efficient daily building operations with strong follow through

Required Skills & Experience
• Prior experience as a Property Administrator, Tenant Services Coordinator, or Assistant Property Manager
• Commercial real estate experience (office/commercial buildings)
• Strong customer service mindset with polished, professional presence
• High attention to detail; comfort with manual data entry
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with invoices, AR, bill backs, and accounting deadlines
• Ability to operate in a high expectation, tenant facing environment
• Stable work history (job hopping is a red flag)
• “Yes first” service mentality (Disney style customer service approach)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background at firms like CBRE, JLL, JBG Smith, Boston Properties, or similar
• Experience supporting multiple buildings
• Transparent communicator who takes accountability
• Invoicing tracked manually, not system prompted)
