Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Active Records Specialist with a strong background in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive regulatory experience and will be responsible for managing lab studies, both physical and electronic, and uploading them into our internal software system. We are targeting a pay rate of $25-27/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

Data Management: Perform data entry, maintain active record storage, ensure secure handling, and manage transitions to archives.
Document Processing: Scan records, upload to electronic databases, and process documents quickly to ensure compliance with GLP standards.
Backup Archivist: Serve as a backup for the GLP Archivist, handling confidential information and managing the Archive Inbox.
Organizational Skills: Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, prioritize workload, and resolve GLP-related issues.
Communication: Build and maintain relationships, communicate effectively, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe applications.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure archiving processes meet regulatory requirements, manage customer requests, and monitor archive conditions and security.
