Security Access Management Lead

Insight Global is looking for an IAM Operations Lead to sit remotely for a large reinsurance client. This Lead will join the IT Security team and be responsible for day-to-day IAM operations. The role will manage third-party vendors, specifically an offshore team of approximately 22–25 resources. The offshore vendor team will manage ticket execution; this role will not be heavily hands-on but will be responsible for ticket escalations and oversight. This Lead will also be responsible for learning new technologies as they are introduced, understanding them thoroughly, and transitioning them to the broader team. Additional responsibilities include overseeing employee and consultant onboarding and offboarding, fulfilling access requests, handling audit and compliance requests, and providing excellent customer service to end users and role owners. This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all IAM policies, processes, and procedures. The Lead will facilitate and ensure audit and compliance processes are completed, conduct training and outreach sessions with IAM team members, stakeholders, and end users, and coordinate UAT and validation activities for IAM and related deployments and changes. The role will also be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining IAM documentation, procedures, and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong IAM experience, proven leadership of offshore teams, hands-on Saviynt knowledge, and strong Azure expertise. Pay is around 60/hr.

-5–7+ years of experience within IT Security, with a focus on IAM
-2–3 years of recent leadership experience as a lead, managing vendors and offshore teams
-Strong experience with Azure AD, Azure MFA, Azure PIM, and ServiceNow
-Recent hands-on experience with Saviynt
-Strong communication skills with experience working with senior-level leadership
