Insight Global is hiring for a Sr. Project Manager to sit 100% onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This Project Manager is joining the Customer Operations organization, specifically within the Service Reliability & Outage Management team. This Sr. Project Manager will be joining a team comprised of 10-15 individuals that work on quicker outage detection before customers are aware of the outage. When outage is generated, we automatically deliver proactive notifications along with estimated repair times via customers preferred method of communication. On a day-to-day basis, this Sr. Project Manager will be working alongside other project managers & analysts on executing this roll out to customers. This person will utilize PM processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meeting executive standards, project tracking, creating project plans, using Excel to understand data, and creating PowerPoint decks to present to stakeholders and executives. Additionally, this Project Manager needs to have knowledge or background within business analytics- creating journey maps or understand requirements. This project manager is required to be onsite 4 days a week in Stamford, CT.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of Project Management/Program Experience
○ Telecom Experience Preferred
• Strong experience within the project lifecycle: end to end project management (concept to implementation)
○ Scheduling
○ Planning
○ RAID items/ dependencies
○ Budget
• Strong presentation experience: specifically, with creating decks in PowerPoint at the leadership level
• Proficient within Excel for looking at preliminary data to be presented to executives
• Background within Business Analytics:
○ Ability to understand requirements
○ Documentation
○ Journey Maps
• Strong experience using a project tracking tool like MS Project
• Strong experience within MS Office Suites
• Experience within both a waterfall & agile environment
Bachelor's Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMP Certification
• Experience using Smart Sheets
