Strong experience with writing user stores, business requirements, etc.
Experience creating journey maps using Figma or Lucid Chart
Strong experience transforming requirements into documentation
Strong presentation experience: specifically, with creating decks in PowerPoint
Strong experience within MS Office Suites (Excel, Visio, Figma, Lucid, Jira)
Bachelor's Degree

Insight Global is hiring for a business analyst to sit 100% onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This business analyst is joining the Customer Operations organization, specifically within the Service Reliability & Outage Management team. This business analyst will be joining a team comprised of 10-15 individuals that work on quicker outage detection before customers are aware of the outage. When outage is generated, we automatically deliver proactive notifications along with estimated repair times via customers preferred method of communication. On a day-to-day basis, this business analyst will understand requirements from the business and transform that into actionable documentation such as journey maps, gant charts, or user stories. Additionally this business analyst will need to collaborate with various teams within the organization, and ensuring processes are set and align with what is needed from requests. Furthermore, this Business Analyst needs to have great communication and an eagerness to learn.
