Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Creative Manager to lead and elevate all Spanish‑language creative marketing efforts across channels. This role will oversee the full creative lifecycle from concept through execution for campaigns including commercials, email marketing, direct mail, letters, and audio/voice recordings. This individual will act as the primary creative owner for Spanish‑language work, partnering closely with marketing leadership, internal stakeholders, and external agencies. The ideal candidate brings strong creative judgment, agency experience, deep bilingual fluency, and the ability to lead people and process. While the team is producing solid work today, this role is designed to raise the creative bar, bring best‑in‑class agency thinking, and guide the team toward more elevated, cohesive output. This is an ongoing 6- month contract that pays $48-52hr.

Required Skills & Experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
5+ years of experience in creative roles within marketing or advertising
Strong background in a creative agency environment
Proven experience overseeing full‑funnel creative
Experience developing and reviewing creative across multiple formats, including email, direct mail, video/commercials, and audio
Ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into clear creative direction and execution
Exceptional attention to detail, especially related to language, tone, and formatting
Working knowledge of Adobe tools (PDF markup, reviews, basic edits)
