Job Description
We are seeking a Data Quality Project Manager to lead enterprise data quality initiatives, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical business data. This individual will partner with business, IT, compliance, and reporting teams to drive data governance efforts, manage remediation projects, and support reporting and audit requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong project management background, experience working with data quality programs, and an understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of Project Management experience leading data, reporting, or business process initiatives
• Experience managing data quality improvement projects, including data validation, cleansing, and remediation efforts
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and controls related to data governance and reporting
• Experience partnering with both technical and business stakeholders to define requirements and drive project execution
• Proficiency with Power BI for reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies with experience managing project timelines, risks, and deliverables
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with enterprise Data Governance frameworks and best practices
• Background working in highly regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or utilities
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases for data validation and analysis
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Experience supporting audit, risk, or compliance-related initiatives beyond SOX requirements
