Job Description
· Own full project lifecycle: intake → planning → development → QA → deployment
· Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable workstreams
· Manage 3–4 concurrent projects across distributed teams (US + India)
· Coordinate closely with .NET engineering teams (no hands-on coding required)
· Oversee high-level infrastructure-related initiatives and system enhancements
· Leverage ServiceNow for ticketing, change management, and reporting
· Track and report on project status, incidents, and delivery metrics
· Collaborate with DevOps partners on CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Ensure organization and prioritization across multiple competing initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager (or similar)
· Strong understanding of .NET environments (high-level – not hands-on)
· ServiceNow experience (REQUIRED) – ticketing, reporting, and change management
· Experience managing projects involving SQL-backed systems
· Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps concepts
· Exposure to batch processing systems
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (3–4 at a time)
Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
