Job Description
Support clinical interoperability initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery
Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and refine requirements
Create clear, well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements within RTC
Analyze healthcare workflows related to claims and clinical data exchange
Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing delivery activities
Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled tools (e.g., Cursor) to improve BA efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure requirements support scalable, compliant, and interoperable healthcare solutions

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical domains
Hands-on experience with RTC, including writing user stories and managing requirements
Healthcare domain knowledge, including claims and clinical data workflows
Working knowledge of FHIR and HL7 standards (foundational understanding required; deep expertise not mandatory)
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in Agile environments
Exposure to AI tools or automation in a BA or product environment
