Job Description
An aerospace employer is looking for a Solumina Systems Analyst to join their team within the digital technology group responsible for delivering digital solutions within the company's Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) enterprise platform. The MES and MOM platforms support 34+ global manufacturing sites and engine centers and this role is needed as they will directly support a new Solumina instance being set up in a new facility in Asheville, NC. The implementation of the new instance should be completed by the end of the year, and then this role will focus on existing backlog and breakfix across all sites remotely. This resource should be able to be onsite 4x per month in Asheville, NC during the implementation phase. The Solumina Systems Analyst will act as a Systems Analyst for iBase-t's Solumina G7. This person will be responsible for meeting with customers to understanding the needs from the business side, as well as understanding the business processes. They will be responsible building out requirements and focus on process planning and manufacturing execution for these enhancements. They will need to translate customer requirements into a solution design, while meeting all budget, quality, and schedule targets. This resource will work with both internal customers, external suppliers, and business partners to architect and build system solutions. They will need to manage supplier and partner scheduled while working on multiple projects simultaneously with regular reporting. This is a functional based position, and they will need to write functional requirements, technical design documentation, and test plans. They will be responsible for the configuration, testing, and set up before the G7 release to the new facility. They will be directly involved in the cycle testing and readiness integration testing, and ensuring that the instance can be properly integrate with SAP, the company's ERP system. Since Solumina is built on Java, any technical understanding of Java programming is highly preferred, as well as some knowledge in SQL products.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience as a Systems/Functional Analyst working on Solumina (preferably version G7)
Proven experience leading a Solumina configuration and all related testing
Experience gathering requirement and creating technical documentation to meet business needs specific to MES
Experience with process planning and enhancement work within MES
Strong experience meeting with and maintaining customer/stakeholder relationships to drive product functionality
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience in aerospace
Technical programming experience with Java and/or SQL
