Job Description

The Industrial Project Lead will serve as the primary bridge between business operations, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver automation and analytics solutions that meet enterprise and customer needs. This role is responsible for defining structure, setting boundaries, and providing clear direction to data analysts and developers to ensure successful delivery of tools and dashboards.
This role partners closely with data analysts and developers to guide the design and build of automation tools—primarily Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions—while ensuring alignment with operational realities, SAP/ERP data structures, and supply chain processes. The Industrial Project Lead brings strong operations and manufacturing context, translating business and customer needs (including executive and customer insights) into actionable requirements for technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong SAP and Supply Chain Understanding
Hands‑on experience working with SAP/ERP systems and a solid understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects, set structure and boundaries, act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Operational & Manufacturing Background

• Data & Analytics Familiarity

• Automation & Visualization Tools Experience
Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
