Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Facilities Project Manager to support facility and equipment projects within a large manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for coordinating machine installations, removals, relocations, and maintenance-related projects while ensuring schedules remain on track. The Project Manager will create and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Gantt charts to monitor progress from planning through execution. They will work closely with vendors, facilities teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to manage scheduling, site access, and project milestones. This role will support Right to Run, Right to Remove, and Management of Change (MOC) processes for both new and existing equipment. The Project Manager will oversee vendor activities on-site, monitor progress and safety compliance, and assist with facility project planning as needed. Additional responsibilities include supporting machine installations, preventative maintenance development initiatives, and project tracking through SAP and Microsoft Office tools. The ideal candidate is an organized project leader with strong industrial manufacturing experience who excels at coordinating complex equipment projects and driving successful execution.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years of project management experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience coordinating facility projects, machine installations, relocations, or equipment upgrades
- Strong scheduling and project tracking experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
- Experience creating and managing Gantt charts and project timelines
- Ability to coordinate vendors, internal teams, and site stakeholders while ensuring safety and project execution
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- SAP experience
- Experience with Right to Run, Right to Remove, and Management of Change (MOC) processes
- Facilities maintenance or reliability experience
- Experience supporting preventative maintenance (PM) development programs
- Knowledge of critical spare parts inventory management
