Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead multiple initiatives supporting the upgrade of an asset management application and the expansion of CRM capabilities. This individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across both projects, including coordinating the upgrade of the platform to its latest version, managing associated enhancements within the cloud environment, and ensuring continuity of business processes such as asset recovery, invoicing, and vendor-managed scrap metal workflows. The role will oversee the design, build, and implementation of CRM enhancements including new licenses, integrations with other internal systems, development of customer-facing forms, dashboards, and reports, as well as data migration and archival strategies. This person will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlog prioritization, remove impediments, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and data/reporting teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical project delivery experience to ensure both initiatives are executed on time and within scope.

Required Skills & Experience
-8+ years experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master working in an agile environment
-Proven experience leading Epiq software upgrade and/or MS Dynamics 365 CRM system upgrade projects
-Experience with MS Project for project tracking
-Strong Communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Proven experience overseeing an CRM integration project
-Utility experience
-PowerBI experience
