Job Description
Our client is a General Contractor searching for a Superintendent.
Day to day:
- Safety, Quality, Schedule, Budget, Assures BCI operational standards
- Identify pre-mobilization activities in conjunction with the Project Manager.
- Develop start-up schedule with the Project Manager.
- Create/Review Subcontractors/Vendor Scopes of Work with Project Manager
Responsible for updating and implementing construction schedules in the field
- Establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule based on the project contracts and subcontractor input, taking into elements that might impact the schedule.
- Ensure that all pertinent benchmarks for the project are established and inserted in the baseline schedule
- Subcontractor and site management throughout project
Meeting management, administrative management, project closeout

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Construction experience as a Lead Superintendent.
• Site development with utility, site amendment, and grading expertise
- Is proficient with all required computer programs such as P6, Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, Word and Sharepoint
