Senior Program Manager

A client of Insight Global is looking to add a Senior Program Manager to their team to lead a large‑scale, enterprise data center modernization and cloud migration program, driving the transition from legacy infrastructure to cloud‑native, SaaS‑ready platforms. This role partners closely with executive, product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver resilient, scalable infrastructure while ensuring business continuity and adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Lead multi‑year, multi‑workstream cloud and data center migration programs
Drive governance, delivery roadmaps, risk management, and executive reporting
Oversee data center remediation, workload migration, and legacy decommissioning
Partner with architecture, engineering, security, and vendors to ensure quality execution
Establish standardized migration frameworks, tooling, and best practices
Lead change management, communications, and stakeholder adoption efforts
Monitor post‑migration performance and drive continuous improvement
Support M&A technology integration efforts (preferred)

This position is 5 days a week onsite in Englewood Colorado and pays between $75-85 per hour.

15+ years of IT infrastructure or enterprise program management experience
Proven leadership of large‑scale cloud and data center migrations (AWS preferred)
Strong background in infrastructure operations, resiliency, and disaster recovery
Experience modernizing platforms to cloud‑hosted, multi‑tenant SaaS models
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong program governance, financial, and risk management expertise

Experience in high‑growth, complex, or PE‑backed environments
