Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Agent to support the State of CO's myColorado Application. This role is responsible for handling user inquiries via live chat and other support channels, troubleshooting mobile and software issues, resolving account access problems, and escalating complex application issues as needed, while delivering a high‑quality customer experience. This role is well‑suited for someone eager, dedicated, and team‑oriented who thrives in a fast‑paced support environment and enjoys contributing to a mission‑driven public service application.
This will be a fully remote position but must sit in CO. It is a 9-month contract with a pay rate from $20-$23/hr. If interested, please apply!

- Customer support experience
