Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team. Theis position will report to the VP of HR Technology, Operations, and Analytics and play a pivotal role in leading the Workday Configuration RFP process. This position supports a dynamic global organization by partnering with HR Centers of Excellence. Including Payroll, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Talent and Learning, and Talent Acquisition. You will deliver strategic projects and initiatives in this position. The role requires deep expertise in Workday and strong project management skills to oversee global integration efforts, manage vendor evaluations, and ensure alignment across HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement. You will drive requirements gathering, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and present complex technical solutions in a clear, accessible manner. Additional responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, staying current on HR technology trends, and fostering collaborative relationships across geographies to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. This role we start part time at 20 hours a week and scale to 40 hours a week as workload increases with the RFP.

$125/hr to $135/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Deep understanding of the workday tool including configurations and implementations for a global enterprise environment.
- Experience running RFPs for workday configurations including vendor evaluation and selection
- Deep expertise across all major workday modules
- Experience serving in a project management / change management capacity
- Experience working with stakeholders globally

- Previous experience in the financial services industry
