Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support a large-scale implementation of a vendor-hosted procurement platform. This person will guide Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, facilitate all Scrum events, and ensure smooth collaboration between developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Pay Range falls from $45-$50/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum methodology.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive Agile adoption.
• Experience with vendor-hosted or enterprise-scale solutions preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coach team members on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
• Track and communicate sprint progress, including burndown charts and velocity forecasting.
• Remove blockers and shield the team from interruptions.
• Support backlog management and collaborate with Product Owners on user stories.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
• Use tools like Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Google Suite for coordination and reporting.
