Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Professional Services organization of a leading Identity and Access Management software company. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and enjoys building structure, governance, and operating rigor at scale.
The Operations Manager will serve as a key driver of delivery excellence across Professional Services, owning governance frameworks, PMO standards, workforce utilization processes, partner oversight, and operational transformation initiatives. This individual will influence senior stakeholders across delivery, operations, finance, and leadership teams to improve organizational effectiveness without direct people management responsibilities.
This position will pay between $38-45/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Professional Services Operations
Delivery Operations
PMO
Consulting Operations
Revenue Operations
Services Delivery Operations
Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, operating models, and business review cadences.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive change across cross-functional organizations.
Strong experience improving operational rigor, accountability, and process compliance.
Demonstrated success leading process redesign and organizational change initiatives.
Strong analytical and business operations background with the ability to translate data into action.
Experience working with enterprise operational platforms such as Salesforce, Kantata, ERP systems, PSA platforms, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation management skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting SaaS, software, cybersecurity, consulting, or professional services organizations.
Background managing blended delivery models including internal resources, subcontractors, and consulting partners.
Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools, automation initiatives, copilots, agents, or workflow optimization solutions.
Strong understanding of professional services financial metrics including utilization, project health, and workforce planning.
