This is not a junior production drafting role. We need someone who can be a senior technical resource who requires minimal training and can contribute quickly on active utility and infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Bentley OpenRoads Modeling, GEOPAK, or InRoads
- Deep Bentley OpenRoads expertise
- Strong civil infrastructure design experience
- Utility-related project experience
- Experience producing construction documents, not just drafting markups
- Ability to work directly with engineers and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience leading CAD efforts or serving as a project CAD lead
