Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is looking to hire an HR Project Manager to support with a variety of enterprise level initiatives. In this role you will be assisting with strategic HR projects, transformations, curriculum training, and development. Data analysis tied to talent and workforce will be a key part of this role as well. Strong attitude and aptitude are essential to success in this role. This is a 9-month contract to hire with an onsite requirement of 3x a week.
$95/hr to $105/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Project Management experience
5+ years in HR project work, preferably in transformation or enterprise settings
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, “get it done” attitude
Strong soft skills and ability to navigate sensitive topics
Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
Familiarity with MSPs, vendor assessments, and contingent labor models
Comfortable working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in the retail industry
