Job Description

A team based in Boulder, Colorado is seeking to add a System Support Engineer, CRM professional to their team. In this role, you will be directly interfacing with customers, troubleshooting complex issues, designing thoughtful solutions, and playing a critical role in the ongoing evolution of our CRM ecosystems. You will work hands-on with Salesforce while directly supporting our customer-facing teams and external partners to resolve CRM issues, optimize system functionality, and build scalable solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. In addition to delivering Tier 2 support, this role offers a unique growth pathway into Salesforce development. You'll have the opportunity to build expertise in Apex, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components, and scalable CRM architecture, all while receiving mentorship from seasoned technical leaders. This position is based in Boulder, CO, with a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite per week for team collaboration. Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Proficient in Salesforce integrations and support
Ability to read and interpret Apex code
Experience with API-based CRM integrations and middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Informatica)
Skilled in building and managing flows and triggers
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Familiar with dynamic forms, Lightning record pages, permission sets, and permission set groups

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Experience writing Apex code
