A higher education client of Insight Global is seeking a BI Solutions Architect Technical Lead to join their applications and data team supporting the Data Enablement space. Under the leadership of the Data Architect and Program Director, this BI Solutions Architect will be responsible for providing delegated leadership and coordination for the technical work undertaken by the team. This team will consist of BI Analyst and BI Developers. The individual will assist in developing and extending standard architectures for data dashboard solutions and other data enablement initiatives. This BI Solutions Architect will ensure that all developers and analysts adhere to the established standards and agreed-upon protocols for their work.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized leader with excellent problem-solving skills. This position will be a 6-month contract role with possible extensions, and can pay between $60-75/hour with medical benefits and 401k options offered on contract. If interested, please apply!

- 2+ years of experience in the Enterprise BI Solution Architecture Space
- 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer
- Architecture and Team Lead experience
- 5+ years of experience with Power BI and the accompanying Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, T SQL, and SQL Server Analysis Services
- Architecture or Team Lead experiences in spaces including software development, enterprise applications, operational data stores, data integration, and full systems lifecycle
