Job Description
We are looking for a Riversand PIM Specialist to support and enhance our on‑prem Product Information Management (PIM) environment as part of a longer-term PIM strategy. This role is highly technical and backend-focused, supporting the current Riversand platform while helping lay the groundwork for future PIM decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical and backend support for the Riversand PIM platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects
• Develop, configure, and maintain business rules within Riversand
• Configure and support the Riversand application itself
• Support ongoing system enhancements, stability, and optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams on future-state PIM planning and next-step initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience supporting Riversand PIM in a technical, backend capacity
• On‑prem PIM experience required
• Experience with Riversand PIM version 7.x required, Version 7.6 strongly preferred (Riversand 8.x is not applicable and will not translate well to this environment)
Technology Stack
• C# development
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Microsoft-based backend environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting PIM systems during long-term strategy evaluation or modernization efforts
• Ability to contribute to future-state planning beyond day-to-day technical execution
