Job Description

• Coordinate monthly accounts payable between ADP and Countsy, partnering with internal leadership on cash flow tracking
• Work with Countsy to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Provide RKE (external accountant) with required financial documentation and data
• Support CEO and Strategy teams with financial models and PowerPoint presentations for investors
• Assist with account-level financials and internal reporting
• Partner with the President on annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
• Experience working with startups or high-growth companies
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive- and investor-facing materials
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
