Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Client Services Representative to support an international company that provides analytical testing services. This individual will be working directly with clients to support any client information needs, concerns, or questions regarding status of their samples sent to lab. This Client Services Representative will be interacting directly with the lab as well as sales teams for support. Additional responsibilities will include setting up supplies, scheduling meetings, coordinating with sister labs, and sample paperwork. This position will be on-site 5 days a week in Tustin, CA.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
Experience responding to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely matter
Strong communication and Organizational Skills
Previous experience maintaining a customer Satisfaction score
High School Diploma
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
BA Degree
Experience using quality assurance and data to ensure the accuracy of clients
