This person will bring a strong understanding of communications payloads and the integration of space and ground segment systems. Adept at leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments, you excel at turning complex challenges into executable plans and driving mission success. This individual will combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder communication to balance engineering excellence, cost, schedule, and operational objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience in aerospace, satellite communications, or related technical disciplines, including systems engineering, payloads, or spacecraft integration
Proven success leading Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or cross-functional engineering organizations
Strong expertise in RF communications payloads, with experience across UHF, X-, Ku-, and/or Ka-band systems
Experience integrating space and ground segments, including payloads, TT&C, mission operations, networking, and operational support systems
Demonstrated ability to manage technical performance, cost, and schedule across complex programs
Experience supporting the full mission lifecycle, from design and integration through test, launch, and operations
Familiarity with systems engineering processes, including requirements management, interface control, verification, and validation
Experience collaborating with customers, government stakeholders, vendors, and mission partners
Proven ability to lead and influence teams within a matrixed, multi-disciplinary environment
