The Housekeeping / Cleaning Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment. This role ensures all assigned areas are cleaned and sanitized according to standards, helping create a comfortable and professional space for occupants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as needed
• Refill supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor

- Must have own vehicle
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and follow
instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
