Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Applications Manager – Finance to lead our Oracle Fusion Finance and Oracle EPM ecosystem. This role combines deep functional and technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to manage enterprise finance applications, drive strategic initiatives, and align IT systems with business objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership while overseeing a high-performing team and delivering scalable, efficient, and future-ready solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise applications analysts and IT professionals
Oversee daily operations of finance systems, ensuring stability, uptime, and performance
Manage Tier-3 support and resolve complex production issues
Prioritize and manage demand pipeline including enhancements, compliance updates, and system changes
Serve as SME for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and Oracle EPM suite
Drive governance, configuration, and optimization of enterprise finance applications
Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Payroll teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Collaborate with PMO and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
Lead system implementations, upgrades, patches, and testing cycles
Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business growth and M&A activity
Support digital transformation and process optimization initiatives across finance and project systems
Ensure strong change management and user adoption practices across system enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
12–15+ years of experience in enterprise applications, IT, or business systems roles
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)
Direct experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM suite
Functional knowledge of PPM, Cost Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain (SCM)
Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations (design, build, test, deploy, support)
Experience managing teams and multiple concurrent workstreams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience supporting M&A system integration within Oracle Fusion
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience in SaaS/cloud-based enterprise systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, CPA)
Oracle certifications (Fusion Financials, EPM, SCM, or PPM)
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Strong background in finance and project accounting processes
Experience facilitating business requirement workshops and stakeholder alignment
Knowledge of change management frameworks and user adoption strategies
Experience working closely with PMO on enterprise-wide initiatives
Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership
