Job Description

Lionsgate is seeking a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition to support early- and mid-level hiring across the organization. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, building diverse talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Full-cycle recruiting for corporate and operational roles
Partnering with hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate selection
Sourcing and engaging talent through networking, social media, and recruiting platforms
Building proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Coordinating interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Supporting internship and early-career recruiting programs
Participating in career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction initiatives
Contributing to talent mapping, referral programs, and workforce planning efforts

This is a strategic recruiting role focused on both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of recruiting or human resources experience, preferably supporting high-volume or early- to mid-level hiring
Experience working with an applicant tracking system; familiarity with SuccessFactors strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Experience sourcing candidates and building pipelines using a mix of tools and outreach strategies
Ability to balance executional recruiting with proactive relationship-building and pipeline development
Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
