Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Software Operations Business Analyst to join one of our largest tech clients in the Bay Area. This person will be responsible for the following:
· Software and services entitlement modifications, including ownership transfers, contract/term adjustments, end-user contact changes, cancellations, and serial number updates across all applicable systems.
· Data integrity for software and support services within applicable systems
· Generate and maintain operational reports, charts, and metrics for assigned areas.
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product and program launches.
· Find opportunities for process and system improvements and collaborate with multi-functional teams for implementation.
· EDI purchase order submissions and sales order bookings, addressing any issues with partners to determine root causes and resolutions.
· Software NFR(Not For Resale) and non-standard evaluation entitlement process
· Order fulfillment for software and support services, including running SAP backlog reports, closing orders in SAP, generating entitlements in EMS, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
This role can pay between $50-$60/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor's degree or specialized training in Business Operations for software and appliance service businesses (or equivalent experience).
-2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
-Experience conducting UAT testing
-Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel, and PowerPoint
-PowerBI and Tableau experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Finance or Business IT background
-SAP and SalesForce
