Insight Global's client is one of the Nation's leading laboratories for the testing and certification of electronic and electrical products. The client is looking for an experienced RF Engineer work with and lead our dedicated team of engineers in the busy CTIA-accredited lab in Santa Clara.
Responsibilities:
* Detailed quality and technical management of OTA laboratories -- oversight of technicians/OTA staff team
* RF/OTA performance testing on various wireless devices across different clients
* Creation of tests plans
* Result review with customer and test equipment vendors

* 2-4 years of experience as an RF engineer testing wireless devices within a CTIA accredited laboratory or device manufacturer
* Knowledge of OTA testing
* Understanding of TRP and TIS
