Pay Rate

$30 - $37 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

- Maintain and manage training documentation and records
- Ensure compliance by verifying training completion for core revisions and updates
- Support and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling and logistics
- Assist in the creation of content development for operator upskilling, new hire orientations, etc.
- Conduct skill gap assessments and help align training to business needs
- Assist in the creation and rollout of a comprehensive L&D program

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ year of experience within L&D, training, or LMS Administration in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
o Experience with using Learning Management Systems such as ComplianceWire, Docebo, Absorb LMS, Cornerstone OnDemand, SuccessFactors, Litmos, TalentLMS, 360Learning, Workramp, etc
- Agile and adaptable personality with strong enthusiasm for learning and change
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with references to support these competencies
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
o Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems and tools (PPT/Content Design tools, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- New Hire Onboarding Facilitation experience
- Experience in medical device, healthcare and/or robotics industry
- Process improvement and equipment operation background
- Training certifications – particularly in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience facilitating training in New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing environments
