Job Description

• Lead EPM efforts: architecting, implementing, and maturing CyberArk EPM across the environment
• Support end-user adoption of CyberArk’s Endpoint Privilege Manager
• Troubleshoot issues related to endpoint privilege, agent behavior, or policy enforcement
• Handle new user onboarding for EPM
• Monitor ServiceNow intake queue for EPM-related tickets
• Reach out proactively to end users to troubleshoot and walk them through solutions
• Work cross-functionally with other admins and teams
• Ensure strong communication and presence when interacting with other users or business customers

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint/server administration, with some CyberArk EPM experience
o Background in architecting/providing privilege access solutions
• Windows & Linux exposure with PowerShell/XML scripting experience
• Experience with end-user device management tools like JAMP, Intune, FDM or similar
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with end users clearly
• Troubleshooting & support experience
o Working support tickets
o Contacting end users directly
o Strong problem-solving on endpoint issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Architectural experience around EPM or other endpoint security tools
• Any prior work implementing adoption programs or training users
• Broader privileged access management background beyond EPM
