Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager - Developer Tooling for a leading company in the fintech space.
-Own the product strategy and roadmap for iOS and Android SDKs
-Maintain and manage Jira project timelines
-Keep epics healthy, up to date, and clearly scoped to ensure the team stays aligned and on track toward delivery milestones.
-Partner closely with engineering and developer relations to prioritize features, drive SDK releases, and maintain a best-in-class developer experience.
-Write and maintain integration guides and developer documentation
-External and internal documentation
-Gather and synthesize feedback from merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities across payment methods (LPMs etc)
-Define and track success metrics around SDK adoption, integration health, and other metrics. (work in progress – needs the most help)
-Stay current on mobile platform changes (iOS/Android OS updates, app store policies) and proactively ensure SDK compatibility and compliance
-Collaborate with internal product managers across workstreams to evaluate, prioritize, and shepherd cross-functional asks
-Helps prioritize work that needs to be prioritized and drive major versions of the mobile SDKs
-Communicate new features both internally and externally to drive adoption of new features .

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with JIRA/Confluence
5 years of Mobile (iOS/Swift and Android/Kotlin) Product management experience
Working experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Microsoft Excel/Power BI/DataViz)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Mobile SDK (vs app) experience specifically
- API experience
