Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective repairs on HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and respond to HVAC failures and emergency service calls
Support general building maintenance including:
Plumbing
Electrical and lighting
Hardware and minor repairs
Hot/cold calls
Utilize Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor and manage building performance
Serve as the primary technician for assigned buildings (typically 8–10 sites)
Coordinate with vendors as needed and complete work in‑house when possible
Maintain accurate documentation and service tickets
Participate in after‑hours emergency response as required

Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in commercial HVAC and building maintenance
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
Working knowledge of BMS systems preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Willingness to respond to emergency calls as needed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Mobile or multi‑site experience preferred (static engineers welcome)
