Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a remote Master Scheduler. This individual will own how we plan and track the work of building and operating satellite constellations. You will build, baseline, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across our program portfolio — and turn them into the cross-program resource and factory-utilization views leadership uses to plan, sequence, and prioritize. You will also help move to an Integrated Product Team (IPT) operating model and will take the work off the TPMs and replace it with consistently structured resource-loaded schedules built to a common standard. Duties include: Build, baseline, and maintain the IMS for multiple concurrent programs, spanning design, build, assembly/integration & test (AI&T), commissioning, and on-orbit operations and take over IMS ownership currently distributed across the TPMs, giving every program a professionally built, consistently structured schedule, manage baselines and schedule change control; keep the critical path, milestones, dependencies, and durations current and trustworthy.
