Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Braze Integration Engineer to join a Cybersecurity client onsite in San Jose, CA. You will lead the integration of a pre-installed experience with Braze to deliver omnichannel messaging (email, push, in-app). Own Braze campaign setup, event tracking, and data flows across Hightouch, Databricks, and Braze to enable personalized, scalable customer journeys in close partnership with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams.

(This role can pay $64-74 depending on years of experience).

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on Braze SDK integration experience on Windows/desktop or web platforms
• Ability to instrument custom events, user attributes, and session tracking via Braze SDK with well-defined event schemas
• Deep hands-on experience with Braze campaigns, Canvas journeys, and audience segmentation
• Strong SQL skills for building user segment tables, event schemas, and data models in Databricks
• Experience with Hightouch or similar reverse-ETL tools to sync CDP audiences and attributes into Braze
• Strong understanding of Braze user profiles, custom events, and custom attributes to power personalized messaging
• Experience with Braze Connected Content for real-time data pulls and dynamic personalization within message templates

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Ability to translate marketing campaign briefs into technical event specs and data contracts, bridging marketing and engineering
• Prior experience in a platform migration context — cleanly decommissioning a legacy MarTech tool while maintaining continuity
