Job Description

This position will be a Test Engineer Technical Lead focusing on the ATE test bring-up. You will partner with the ASIC team to bring up tests, characterize units, and release the test program to production. In this role you will support pattern generation/debugging, identify gaps in test coverage, and design and implement new tests to improve coverage. You will work with Tier-1 OSATs to manage high-volume manufacturing tests and quality issues.

Salary expectations for this position: up to 240k

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
15+ years’ experience in SOC/VLSI bring-up, production, characterization, and test engineering
Excellent working knowledge of Advantest 93000 tester (Smartest 7 and 8) or similar for characterization and production testing
Highly skilled in writing code in C, C++, Java, 93k test methods, PERL, and Python

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Excellent knowledge of state-of-the-art DFT insertion techniques, including Scan, ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, PVT, and SerDes
Experience with yield improvement and test time reduction activities
