Job Description

Twilio is seeking a high-impact Sales Recruiter to support the growth of its North American Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role is critical to ensuring quota-carrying sales capacity keeps pace with aggressive revenue targets.
In this position, you will serve as a Strategic Talent Advisor to Sales Leadership rather than simply executing requisitions. You will own complex Sales and Pre-Sales searches end to end, partnering closely with Senior Managers and VP-level stakeholders to attract and hire best-in-market GTM talent. This role operates in a fast-paced, remote environment and plays a key role in scaling the teams that power Twilio’s growth.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years focused on full-cycle Sales / GTM recruiting
- recent sales recruiting experience & head hunting
- Proven experience hiring quota-carrying Account Executives (New Business & Strategic) and Solutions / Pre-Sales Engineers
- Strong background recruiting within a global SaaS or Enterprise technology company
- Data-driven recruiter with experience using talent analytics to assess funnel health, passthrough rates, and forecast start dates
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing and headhunting, beyond inbound applicant pipelines
-Operating in a high-growth, remote environment across multiple US time zones with minimal oversight
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions using data and market insights
- Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining candidate experience and SLA adherence

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Own full cycle recruiting for high level Sales roles (AEs & SEs)
- Partner closely with NAMER Sales leadership to consult on hiring strategy, talent needs, and market conditions
- Define success profiles and conduct skills-based interviews aligned with Twilio Magic values
- Proactively source and engage top-tier passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Communities
Lead and support complex offer negotiations, including OTE structures, accelerators, and equity considerations
Navigate nuanced geo-based hiring strategies, balancing budget constraints with competitive talent acquisition
Leverage CareerHub, AI match scoring, and recruiting analytics to monitor funnel health and drive efficiency
