Job Description

An employer is looking for a remote Patient Outreach Specialist for a healthcare start up. This role serves as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, helping guide them through enrollment into a healthcare program focused on supporting individuals with chronic conditions. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, patient-first experience while driving engagement, education, and program participation.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact patients and caregivers to introduce the program and guide them through the consent and enrollment process.
- Clearly communicate program benefits and services to patients living with chronic conditions in a way that is informative and approachable
- Execute structured outreach workflows with strong attention to detail and accuracy, while identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Own and achieve key performance metrics, including consent rates, scheduled visit rates, and no-show recovery
- Maintain a warm, professional, and patient-friendly tone across all interactions
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, including technology, to provide feedback on outreach and scheduling tools and contribute to process enhancements

Salary: $65,000-$85,000
Bonus opportunity after 6 months
2 weeks of PTO and Paid Holidays

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or BDR (Business Development Representative) role
- Associate’s (AA) or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment with defined performance targets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
